ABLIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABLIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,821 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABLIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, AHSA1, and NUTF2. Each is linked with ABLIM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABLIM1-to-partner and partner-to-ABLIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2P1 grouped by ABLIM1-low versus ABLIM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABLIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABLIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
