ABLIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABLIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABLIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ABLIM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABLIM1-to-partner and partner-to-ABLIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ABLIM1-low versus ABLIM1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABLIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABLIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
