Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,361 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction, Positive regulation of establishment of T cell polarity, and Regulation of hippo signaling. Each is linked with ABL2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABL2-to-partner and partner-to-ABL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction grouped by ABL2-low versus ABL2-high in LIVER.
