ABL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,209 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EP300, CHD8, and ADNP. Each is linked with ABL1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABL1-to-partner and partner-to-ABL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABL1 versus EP300 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
