ABL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,323 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, EHMT1, and FUBP3. Each is linked with ABL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABL1-to-partner and partner-to-ABL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABL1 versus BRD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
