Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, eIF4E, and ERK2. Each is linked with ABL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABL1-to-partner and partner-to-ABL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by ABL1-low versus ABL1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
