Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABITRAM Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABITRAM data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ABITRAM Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABITRAM expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC are the cancer types where ABITRAM Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
