ABITRAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABITRAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,445 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABITRAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLE1, RAB14, and RBM18. Each is linked with ABITRAM in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABITRAM-to-partner and partner-to-ABITRAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABITRAM versus GLE1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABITRAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABITRAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
