ABITRAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABITRAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,514 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABITRAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ECPAS, IARS1, and SEC16A. Each is linked with ABITRAM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABITRAM-to-partner and partner-to-ABITRAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABITRAM versus ECPAS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABITRAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABITRAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
