ABITRAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABITRAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,240 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABITRAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX261, PUS10, and TM9SF4. Each is linked with ABITRAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABITRAM-to-partner and partner-to-ABITRAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABITRAM versus TEX261 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABITRAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABITRAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
