ABI3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,837 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A6A, SELPLG, and FGL2. Each is linked with ABI3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI3-to-partner and partner-to-ABI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABI3 versus MS4A6A in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
