ABI3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,519 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SASH3, and SKAP2. Each is linked with ABI3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI3-to-partner and partner-to-ABI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABI3 versus RCSD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
