ABI3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,938 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, IL2RB, and GZMH. Each is linked with ABI3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI3-to-partner and partner-to-ABI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABI3 versus GRAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
