ABI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOX3, ATP5ME, and SELENOO. Each is linked with ABI3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI3-to-partner and partner-to-ABI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOX3 grouped by ABI3-low versus ABI3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
