The most reproducible ABI3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction, Regulation of response to nutrient levels, and Bone mineralization involved in bone maturation. Each is linked with ABI3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI3-to-partner and partner-to-ABI3 results are reported.
