ABI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINT3, H2BW2, and ITGAD. Each is linked with ABI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABI3-to-partner and partner-to-ABI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPINT3 grouped by ABI3-low versus ABI3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
