Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABHD6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ABHD6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where ABHD6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
