The most reproducible ABHD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, ACC_pS79, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ABHD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD6-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD6 results are reported.
