ABHD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 385 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP26, BTF3P15, and RNU6-374P. Each is linked with ABHD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD5-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP26 grouped by ABHD5-low versus ABHD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
