ABHD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,610 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ME1, TMEM159, and BBS9. Each is linked with ABHD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD3-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD3 versus ME1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
