ABHD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 766 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOOP4, MIR196A2, and SNORA84. Each is linked with ABHD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD3-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOOP4 grouped by ABHD3-low versus ABHD3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
