ABHD3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and MEK1. Each is linked with ABHD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD3-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD3 results are reported.
