ABHD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,518 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITPRID2, AKR1C3, and CRTC3. Each is linked with ABHD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD2-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD2 versus ITPRID2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
