ABHD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,850 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC26, ZNF397, and FCGR1B. Each is linked with ABHD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD2-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD2 versus LRRC26 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
