ABHD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and c-Jun_pS73. Each is linked with ABHD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD2-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by ABHD2-low versus ABHD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
