ABHD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,031 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HINFP, LTA4H, and PI4KB. Each is linked with ABHD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD2-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HINFP grouped by ABHD2-low versus ABHD2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
