ABHD18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,256 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS8, EIF3M, and FNDC3B. Each is linked with ABHD18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD18-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD18 versus RPS8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
