ABHD18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 442 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIK, CD99L2, and NUP107. Each is linked with ABHD18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD18-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD18 versus BIK in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
