ABHD18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 737 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL483P, CKAP2L, and MNAT1. Each is linked with ABHD18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD18-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL483P grouped by ABHD18-low versus ABHD18-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
