Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD17C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABHD17C data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher ABHD17C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD17C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where ABHD17C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
