Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD17B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABHD17B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ABHD17B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD17B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ABHD17B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
