The most reproducible ABHD17B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, Regulation of heterochromatin formation, and Protein depalmitoylation. Each is linked with ABHD17B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD17B-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD17B results are reported.
