Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD17AP8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABHD17AP8 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ABHD17AP8 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD17AP8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, KICH, and ESCA are the cancer types where ABHD17AP8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
