The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ABHD17AP7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD17AP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where ABHD17AP7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
