Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD17AP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABHD17AP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ABHD17AP4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD17AP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRC, and ESCA are the cancer types where ABHD17AP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
