The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ABHD12 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA and UCEC are the cancer types where ABHD12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
