ABHD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,889 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEX1, CLDN3, and TRIP6. Each is linked with ABHD11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD11-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD11 versus PEX1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
