ABHD11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,181 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSE, TNFAIP6, and GFPT2. Each is linked with ABHD11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD11-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD11 versus DSE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
