ABHD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP2S1, SOX30, and ZXDC. Each is linked with ABHD11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD11-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP2S1 grouped by ABHD11-low versus ABHD11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
