Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABHD11-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABHD11-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher ABHD11-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABHD11-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

PAAD, LGG, and UVM are the cancer types where ABHD11-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
