ABCG5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,270 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAXBP1, DPYD_S905, and WIPI1. Each is linked with ABCG5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCG5 versus PAXBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
