ABCG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK3-a-b, ACC1, and Rab25. Each is linked with ABCG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK3-a-b grouped by ABCG5-low versus ABCG5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
