ABCG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31E1, STH, and MC3R. Each is linked with ABCG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31E1 grouped by ABCG5-low versus ABCG5-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
