ABCG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,505 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, MYO1C, and KANK2_S540. Each is linked with ABCG2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCG2 versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
