ABCG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,878 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, LINC02100, and PRX. Each is linked with ABCG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCG2 versus DIPK2B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
