ABCG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT85, MBD3L5, and POMC. Each is linked with ABCG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT85 grouped by ABCG2-low versus ABCG2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
