ABCF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,082 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR1, UBXN7, and POLR2H. Each is linked with ABCF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCF3 versus FXR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
