ABCF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,363 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, NDUFB5, and TMEM41A. Each is linked with ABCF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCF3 versus EIF4G1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
