ABCF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCF3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,598 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMA4G, LGI4, and LRRC43. Each is linked with ABCF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEMA4G grouped by ABCF3-low versus ABCF3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
