ABCF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL1, CDK5, and TNPO3. Each is linked with ABCF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCF2 versus CUL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
